Autumn Hidden Treasure

This game can be played in the yard or park where there are a lot of dry leaves in which to hide our “hidden treasure”.

We may use a washbowl or small basin, or simply make a clearing in the leaves and place different autumn related objects in the centre: an umbrella, boot, pumpkin, corn, sunflower, apple, etc.

We cover the objects with the dried leaves. The child is tasked with pulling an object out of the leaves, naming it and telling us what it is used for.

The game is ideally played with several children of the same age.
